    • Adhiveerarama pandiayan and vatsayana’s kamashastra are a compilation of enthira, thantra, mantra, medicinal, varmam and mukthi.

    • Learnt and practiced on Nithya homam, yagam and velvis

    • pancha paanam.
  • Asthiraviththai
    • have knowledge and practice on nagasthira, brahmasthira, shivasthira, kandipasthiram. They are related to varma energy.

The practice of these shastras are continuing till date in my life with the memories of my gurus and learning the techniques from them etched in my memory.
